Whole grain Pennette pasta with porcini  mushrooms: try it as is or just add saffron and sour cream.

Preparation:Bring to a boil 1/3 cup  of water with two tablespoons of extra virgin oil.  Add the content of the package. Stir occasionally and cook until the water is completely absorbed.

Useful tips: add 1/2 glass of white wine and 2 anchovies fillets during cooking, serve with a knob of butter or with saffron and sour cream.

Wine-paring: Sangiovese di Romagna DOC  or light bodied red wine.

Ingredients: organic whole grain durum wheat semolina pasta, porcini mushrooms,  aromatic herbs, salt.
