Cavatelli pasta with broccoli raab (or rapini) and beans is a pasta recipe from the south of Italy. It is made with "poor" ingredients but its taste is very generous. A perfect mix between cavatelli and other typical Mediterranean ingredients.

Preparation: bring 1/3 cup of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed. 

Suggestions: before serving add a tbsp of robust-flavored Extra virgin olive oil and some diced fried bread.

Wine suggestion: Brindisi Rosato DOC or rosè, still, medium body wines.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina pasta, beans, rapini (turnips), herbs, salt.
