This ready meal includes its own vegetables seasoning for a perfect combination of flavors.
Preparation: Cook as traditional stew, gradually adding water or broth. Alternatively bring to a boil 1/3 cup of water with two tablespoons of extra virgin oil. Just add the stew. Stir occasionally and cook until the water is completely absorbed.
Suggestions: try it with crumbled speck or salami and some pine seed before rice is completely cooked.
Wine: medium bodied red or rosè wine.
