This ready meal is the most classic version, including its own porcini mushrooms seasoning and mashed potatoes, a perfect combination of flavors for a delicious dish.
Preparation: Cook as traditional stew, adding gradually water or broth. Bring to a boil 1/3 cup of water with two tablespoons of extra virgin oil. Just add the stew. Stir occasionally and cook until the water is completely absorbed.
Useful tips: just before serving, add some fresh parsley, a pinch of white pepper, light body extravirgin olive oil and some fried bread crumbs.
Wine: Riesling Italico, Chardonnay, Sangiovese Rosé or rosé wine.
