The perfect combination of chopped vegetables, onion and garlic for one of the most traditional Sicilian recipe, very famous and popular in the Western zone of the island. Dive into the flavor ocean with Sicilian couscous, a quick and simple recipe! 

Preparation : bring to a boil 2 and 1/2 cups (0.6 Liter) water with two tablespoons of extra virgin oil. Just add couscous, cover the pan, turn the fire off , then rested for 9 minutes.

Useful tips: add 1/2 tsp vinegar and serve with 4 oz (100g) diced swordfish, fried earlier with sesame seeds.

Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon or medium bodied red  wine.
